The episode begins with Julie Chen welcoming us to the first live eviction episode of the season. She says that tonight either Byron, the 22 year old bodybuilder from Beverly Hills, California or Kathy, the 43 year old human service worker from Minneapolis, Minnesota will be leaving the Big Brother house.

We cut to a flashback of the veto ceremony. It ends and Byron gets to his feet. He asks Andrina if he can speak with her for a moment. They go into the Cabana room. He tells her that she a tramp for not saving him. She just looks at him as if to say "WTF". Byron just tells her that he doesn't expect her vote but it would be nice.

Upstairs, Will, Siro, Thomas and Debbie sit in the HOH room. Will tells Thomas and Debbie that they have to vote out Kathy because it'll put the biggest target on Byron's back meaning that they will be safe.

Karen and Terry sit in the backyard. Karen asks Terry who he's voting out. Terry tells her that he's most likely going to vote out Byron because he's loud and obnoxious.

Daniele tells Madelyn, Robert and Jeff to vote off Byron. Jeff tells Daniele that Byron made a deal to keep all three of them safe until the final 4. He winks at the camera in the DR.

Cameras cut outside to Julie Chen. Julie talks to the houseguests and tells them that it is now time to vote. Madelyn heads into the DR first. Madelyn votes to evict Kathy. Robert votes to evict Kathy. Jeff votes to evict Byron. Jennifer votes to evict Kathy. Karen votes to evict Byron. Terry votes to evict Kathy. Andrina votes to evict Byron. Thomas votes to evict Kathy. Debbie votes to evict Kathy.

Julie reveals to the houseguests that by a vote of 6-3...Kathy has been evicted from the Big Brother house. Kathy gets up and says goodbye to everyone. She exits and goes for her eviction interview.

Inside the house, everyone gathers around the memory wall. Kathy's picture turns gray. Rachel takes her team off for some quick jedi training before the HOH competition.

Julie welcomes Kathy and asks her how her week was. Kathy responds by saying that it obviously wasn't great as she is sitting out here. Julie laughs as well as the audience. Julie asks her who she thinks can become the new HOH. Kathy answers by saying that she hopes Jennifer can win it to get some retribution for the team. Julie asks about Byron and Kathy answers by saying that Byron does not deserve to still be in that house. Julie thanks her for her time and tells her to expect the unexpected.

When we return, the houseguests play the Head of Household competition. Byron ends up coming out victorious. Rachel and Jennifer go absolutely bonkers as Byron is handed the HOH key. Will does not look happy and immediately heads inside with his team.

Live Feed Report - Thursday

Overnight

Everyone is inside chilling out. Will and his team sit in the Cabana room. Siro tells Will that it's gonna be fine and that they will survive this week. Will tells Siro that none of the team can go up.

Byron is in the kitchen with Rachel. Andrina walks by and goes into the bathroom. Byron yells "Fuck you" at her. Andrina turns around and says "Excuse me?!". Byron repeats himself and Andrina gets right in his face. Andrina tells him that he is a no good for nothing meat head that is going to leave this house next week. Rachel intervenes and tells Andrina that she got the worst coach ever. Matt overhears this from the bedroom and quickly makes his way out. Rachel tells him to fuck off. Matt's face gets serious. He tells her to mind her fucking business and get off her high horse because nobody from her team is going to win the game. Matt hauls Andrina away and they head into the bedroom.

Cameras cut to the storage room where Madelyn and Jeff are standing. Jeff tells her that they just have to lay absolutely low this week and they will not be nominated OR evicted.

BIG BROTHER - "Byron, please go to the Diary Room."

Byron heads to the Diary Room and everyone assumes that he is getting his HOH room.

Jennifer heads to the kitchen and begins cooking some tacos. Thomas, Siro and Debbie sit at the table. Will and Daniele are getting ready to go to bed even though it is quite early. They exchange comments about the fight a few minutes ago.

Byron exits the Diary Room and asks who wants to see his HOH room! Everyone but Will goes up and sees it. There are pictures of his bodybuilding competitions. He gets a letter from his mom and reads it for everyone.

Downstairs, Will talks to the feed viewers. He tells them that none of his players will be leaving tonight because he's gonna use his charms to make sure of it. He brushes his teeth and heads off to bed.

Siro gets in the shower. Jennifer is in the kitchen finishing up making tacos. She calls for everyone to come it and they all do except Will who is already sleeping. There is clear tension in the air between Rachel, Byron, Matt and Andrina. Everyone eats and prepares for bed. Everyone settles in for the night with Rachel being the last one up. She is counting off things on her fingers, possibly preparing for a future HOH competition. Rachel goes to bad nearly 15 minutes later.

OMG Byron and Jeff are working, like, together or some shit? I fucking hate those dicks. How could he win HOH. He's the biggest douche and now he's here for another week. Wow. Everyone is fucked this week.
